Terms of Service
Plain terms for a high-trust app.
These terms govern use of Beyond Mom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. Effective August 28, 2026.
1. Who may use Beyond Mom
You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage profiles for children under 13. If you create a family, child profile, caregiver grant, or handoff, you represent that you have authority to add that information and share it with the people you select. Family owners are responsible for roles, invitations, and removing access that is no longer appropriate.
2. What the service is and is not
Beyond Mom is a family organization, care-coordination, community, and personal-growth service. It can help organize information, surface reminders, and draft material for your review. It is not an emergency service, healthcare provider, legal service, financial institution, money transmitter, investment adviser, or substitute for professional judgment.
Call local emergency services for an emergency. Confirm medication, diagnosis, treatment, benefit, insurance, legal, and financial decisions with a qualified professional. The manual wallet does not connect to accounts or move money. Bea can be wrong; review her work before relying on or approving it.
You may give Bea a narrow standing instruction for a named kind of low-risk work, cadence, and time window. That standing instruction is advance authorization only inside the exact scope shown in the app; you can pause or revoke it at any time. Bea shows review, applied, refused, and uncertain outcomes separately. High-risk work, broader changes, and anything outside the saved scope still require review.
3. Accounts and family access
Keep credentials and Kid Mode PINs confidential, use accurate account information, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share a handoff link or PIN beyond its intended recipient. A family owner may invite guardians, teens, and scoped caregivers. Their access is governed by the role and scope the owner grants, but you remain responsible for deciding who should see family information.
4. Your content and permission to operate the service
You keep ownership of content you add. You give Beyond Mom a limited permission to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and to follow your sharing choices. You must have the right to add the content and must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material.
5. Community rules
Community spaces are for support, not harassment, exploitation, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, medical misinformation presented as professional instruction, or disclosure of another person’s private information without permission. Do not use the community to solicit children or arrange unsafe contact. We may remove content, limit posting, or suspend accounts to protect people and the service.
6. Free and paid plans
Free has no card requirement or time limit. Current recurring prices and entitlements are shown on the Pricing page and again in Settings before payment. Only an adult family guardian may start or cancel a household subscription. Stripe processes payment information. Taxes may apply where required.
A paid subscription renews at its monthly or annual cadence until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The household then returns to Free; data is not deleted merely because a paid plan ends, although Free limits apply to new use. We may change future prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice; a price change does not silently alter an existing immutable Stripe price without a new checkout or legally sufficient notice and consent.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- break, probe, bypass, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer security or access controls;
- use another family’s account, data, handoff, or invitation without permission;
- upload malware or use the service for fraud, stalking, exploitation, or unlawful surveillance;
- resell the service or use automated access except through a feature we expressly provide; or
- use Bea output to make high-impact decisions about another person without human review.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Beyond Mom reliable and to make missing integrations degrade calmly, but the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, incidents, or events outside our control. Features may evolve. We will not intentionally turn a safety-critical saved record into a surprise paid-only feature, and we will provide notice when a material change affects your rights or paid service.
9. Suspension and ending an account
You may export and delete a family account in Settings. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated violation, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or a credible safety or security risk. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export data. Some records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every output, reminder, record, or third-party service will always be complete or error-free. Beyond Mom is not responsible for decisions made by family members, caregivers, professionals, community members, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Bea by text
Bea by text is optional. When you connect a phone, you consent to recurring automated transactional and support messages at that verified number; frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also pause or reduce proactive messages in the app. A carrier acceptance or delivery event does not prove that a person read a message or completed a family task.
Bea by text is not an emergency service. Do not use it for emergency decisions, secrets, safety words, or sensitive medical or financial instructions. You may send or schedule messages only through the recipient, consent, role, content, and confirmation controls the service provides. Do not use it for spam, bulk outreach, affiliate recruitment, impersonation, or messages you lack authority to send.
12. moms.win affiliate program
moms.win participation is governed by the versioned affiliate terms. Participation is free and available only to adults. Compensation is for one directly attributed customer’s eligible subscription payments, never recruiting people into a network. Affiliates must disclose the commercial relationship clearly beside every endorsement or link. Holds, reversals, provider identity/KYC, tax onboarding, payout threshold, risk review, and anti-fraud controls apply. Earnings are not guaranteed.
13. Changes, questions, and disputes
We may update these terms. For a material change, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or by email when appropriate. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to solve it directly. These terms are governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply. Questions can be sent to support@beyondmom.app.
